Transparent -
* Covers any white or light-colored surface
* Transmits light so that colors beneath can be viewed
* Combines with opaques to create beautiful pastels
* Has excellent lightfastness (ability to withstand solar fading)
Opaque -
* Covers better for a flatter finish
* Is impervious to the passage of light
* To enhance the color, first use a misting of white
as a base coat.
Fluorescent -
* Fully covers any white or light-colored surface
* For that hot look of neon
* Sparkling color clarity
Pearlescent -
* Covers both dark and light-colored surfaces
* Creates a satin-like sheen and shimmer
* Best used on smooth surfaces; plastic, metal, paper,
leather
* Intermixable to create a variety of pearlescent luster
* Excellent lightfastness (ability to withstand solar fading)
Metallic -
* Bright and sparkling on light or dark fabric
* Creates an unmistakable metallic-like sheen
* Superb reflective properties give it that lustrous feel
Iridescent -
* Is permanent, lightfast, and non-toxic
* Dazzles the eye with a blend of light and color
* Ideal for all surfaces
* Capable of producing an array of rainbow colors
* Easily covers dark surfaces without base coating
Chameleon (Interference) -
* Magically changes color with reflected light
* All the properties of iridescent colors
* Interference colors appear colorless until applied to
another color
* For maximum effects, use it on a dark base coat
* Excellent lightfastness (ability to withstand solar fading)
